About the event
The children's art club is an exciting opportunity for kids to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills during the holiday term. Children will have the chance to learn about different art styles and techniques, as well as make new friends and have fun! We would please ask that children bring their own packed lunch. Beth is a mum, artist, trained art teacher and trainee art psychotherapist with an enhanced DBS and NHS core skills training in learning difficulties and autism, child safe-guarding and first-aid.
The sessions will be planned as follows:
9.00 - 9.15 - Starter activity to break the ice and so children can get to know each other
9.15 - 10.30 - Activity one (a 3D piece of art using air drying clay)
10.30 - 10.45 - Break / snack
10.45 - 11 - Finish off activity one
